§ Marian Mabry has been involved in the arts from a young age as a dancer and pianist in Dallas, Texas. Mabry is a proud alumni of Texas Tech University. Mabry has been a proactive parent under the HISD umbrella for 25 years with four children, two of them graduating from HSPVA in ‘02 and ‘09. She has been involved in Odyssey of the Mind serving in the capacity of coach, judge, problem captain and holding a seat on the state board. Currently, she is involved in the program as a consultant specializing in spontaneous problem solving. In her free time Mabry enjoys cooking, traveling and spending time with family. She has ventured to unique destinations such as inside the Arctic Circle and SE Asia.
